All products sold by Allymae Digital Design are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by completing your purchase and accessing or downloading your digital files, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon the digital content becoming available to you, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Our Promise While refunds aren't possible after access, I'm committed to making sure you're happy with your purchase.
