After you have edited and logged out you can go back here www.corjl.com and log in in at any time to access your template.

✨ Do I need to download any software?

No software is required to edit your template.

Your design is fully editable online using Corjl, a user-friendly web-based editor. You can access it from your browser on a laptop, desktop, tablet, or mobile device.

✨ Can I edit the templates myself?

Yes, all templates are fully editable by you. You can typically edit:

• Text (wording, names, dates, etc.)
• Font style (in most designs)
• Font colour
• Text size and positioning (within limits)
• Upload your own graphics or photos and access other graphics supplied with the template in the customer images.

✨ Can I edit on my phone or tablet?

Yes, Corjl allows mobile editing.

However mobile and tablet devices have limited editing tools, I strongly recommend using a desktop or laptop for the best experience. The design tools work more efficiently on a larger screen, ensuring smoother editing and optimal results.

✨ Will I receive anything in the mail?

No, this is a digital product only.

Nothing will be physically shipped. All files are accessed online and downloaded instantly after editing.

✨ How do I download my finished design?

Once you have finished editing your template in Corjl, simply click Download. You can choose between PDF, JPG, or PNG depending on your needs.

✨ Can I get a refund or exchange?

Because this is a digital product and available instantly after purchase, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on products that have been downloaded.

However, I want you to be happy with your purchase so if you experience any issues with your file, please contact me and I will be happy to help resolve it or if needed give you a refund.

✨ What if I have trouble editing my template?

If you run into any issues with editing feel free to contact me, I'm happy to help you to edit, edit it for you or answer any questions you may have.

✨ Can I print my design at home or professionally?

Yes, you can print your design at home or use a professional print shop.

For best results:

• Use high-quality cardstock for invitations and signs
  
• Make sure your printer is set to “Actual Size” or “100% scale”
  
• High-resolution PDF format is recommended for best print results.

When you download you have the option to get physical prints of your template at 'Corjl Prints', 'Prints of Love' and for electronic sending 'Paperless Post'.

✨ There is a uneven white line around the edge when I print onto 5 x 7 or A4 paper?

If you print the 5 x 7 invitations out onto 5 x 7 paper, or A4 onto A4 paper, your printer won't be able to print to the edge so will leave an uneven white border. To get around this use the artwork supplied with the white border so you get a tidy professional finish.

✨ Will the colours look exactly the same when printed?

Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed materials due to differences in printers, ink, and paper types.

We always recommend printing a test page first or asking for a proof from your printer if colour accuracy is important.

✨ Can I change the size of my template?

No the template size can't be altered but if you want a different size, contact me and I can do that for you.

✨ Can I use my template more than once?

Yes, you may reuse your purchased template for your own personal events. After you have edited and logged out you can go back here https://www.corjl.com/en/web/ and log in in at any time to access your template.

They may not be resold, shared, or used to create commercial products.
