All products sold by Allymae Digital Design are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by completing your purchase and accessing or downloading your digital files, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Our Promise While refunds aren't possible after access, I'm committed to making sure you're happy with your purchase. If you experience any technical issues or have trouble with your files, please reach out and message me and I'll do my best to help, including offering a resolution or refund where appropriate.
